FLOWSAFE®

FUTUREPROOF YOUR BUSINESS WITH FLOWSAFE

Flow Water’s modular electrochlorination Ballast Management System is unique, safe, easy-to-install, eco-friendly and will be compliant with the latest IMO and USCG regulations. The filterless system was developed specifically for the shipping industry after extensive consultation with global ship owners and operators.
FlowSafe uses a combination of two methods of treatment; a low energy frequency Sea Water Condition Unit on the main ballast water fill-line, eliminating the need for filtration as well as the production of concentrated sodium hypochlorite from sea or fresh water using high capacity electro-activation.

PIONEERING TECHNOLOGY WITH CLOSE TO ZERO OPERATING COSTS

FlowSafe’s unique technology has combined a series of innovative features. The system is offset CO2 neutral. It is simple to install in hard-to-fit areas including retro-fit vessels with Framo pumps and it can also be installed at sea. As a merit to all of its benefits, FlowSafe offers close to no operational costs making it highly cost-efficient and cost transparent.

FLOWSAFE SYSTEM OPERATIONS

Specifically designed for the treatment of Ballast Water, the FlowSafe system has four main operations:

Producing on Sea Water

Injecting (Ballasting)

Fuel Treatment from Ballast Water Technology

Neutralising-On-De-Ballasting
